3. Online Self Paced Courses

Once access to an online course has been granted:

Refunds are not automatically provided
Refunds are only available if explicitly stated on the sales page at the time of purchase
Course access begins immediately after payment in most cases

If a refund is approved by exception, access to the course will be immediately revoked.

4. Live Online Training

For live online training sessions:

Refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of booking

If an in person event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:

A rescheduled date, or

We are not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, or related costs.

6. Subscriptions and Payment Plans

Charges recur automatically according to the selected billing schedule
You may cancel future payments at any time through your account or by contacting us
Past payments are non refundable unless required by law
