Live Event: Enroute Special: The Complex Problem of Physician Health Programs

April 27th 2024

Are physicians being extorted? Livelihoods threatened and doctors coerced into expensive hospitalizations for minor issues while facing threats of polygraphs and drug testing as a weaponized part of their treatment plans?

I’m Joseph Brigandi, The Host of ENROUTE and I’m inviting all physicians, health care professionals, first responders and the community to join us for a livestream discussion on Saturday April 27th at 10:00AM Pacific, 12:00PM Central and 1:00PM Eastern.

Join physicians, J. Wesley Boyd, MD, Professor of Medical Ethics and Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine. Pamela Wible, MD, who runs the only physician suicide helpline in the country and Kernan Manion, MD, the founder and Director of The Center for Physician Rights.

As we explore the issues with these three physician leaders as we do a deep dive into the Complex Problem of Physician Health Programs. You can sign up on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. If you ask questions during the livestream, and we will do our best to answer them on the air.

The Complex Problem of Physician Health Programs

Why Choose FRBHI?

We are a team of dedicated clinical mental health professionals, passionate educators, academics, researchers, authors and most importantly we are first responders creating behavioral health programs for first responders.

Welcome to The First Responder Behavioral Health Institute. The Institute serves as an international speaker’s bureau bringing together first responder change agents. Many of whom are published, authors and public speakers. We bring in an amazing array of talent when requested to present to first responder agencies nationally and internationally. We offer courses you simply won’t find anyplace else, and our programs are often eligible for continuing education credit towards license renewals in many locations within the United States.

In recognition of the ever-increasing epidemic of first responder suicides, the acknowledgment that many calls for emergency mental health services go poorly served and the deep understanding that organizational psychology and leadership development plays and integral role in protecting first responder mental health and ultimately the publics we created The First Responder Behavioral Health Institute (FRBHI).

In response to the growing need to provide an exceptional educational experience to our first responders in clinical mental health, behavioral based emergencies, organizational development, and clinician directed peer support. We established the First Responder Behavioral Health Institute.
